You borrow a USD 100 note from a spectator. He writes his name on it, and it is folded and placed under a silk. The silk is given to the spectator, and he is asked to hold the silk with two fingers. He is holding the banknote, which is under the silk. You grab one of the corners of the silk and take it from the spectator's hand. The banknote has disappeared. You ask the spectator to go to your magic table, which you have not approached during the entire routine. Ask him to open the wooden box on the table. Inside there is another box. He keeps opening the boxes, and in the fifth box that is opened is the spectator's banknote. You roll out the note from the box and the spectator checks that it is his note with his autograph on it.
